Quick on the draw. Slow on the hype.
American Gunslinger is a tactical gear site for people who carry, train and spend their own money. We entertain first and sell second, and we never skip the 30 days.
Why the gunslinger
The original gunslinger was the first everyday-carry guy. His kit was practical, worn daily, and his opinions were earned through use, not borrowed from a catalog. He didn't own forty holsters. He owned one that worked. That's the standard: buy once, buy right, and know why.
What we are
A gear review site with a rating you can quote on a forum, a newsletter you won't delete on sight, and a community that submits better loadouts than most influencers. Holsters, belts, lights, optics, knives, medical, bags, training. We stay in our lane.
What we're not
A news site with opinions about elections. A store. A "top 10" farm. A place that reviews anything from a spec sheet. If it hasn't been on a belt or a rail for a month, it hasn't been reviewed.
How we make money
Affiliate commissions when you buy through our links, and partner deals we disclose on the page. Free product doesn't buy a round on the Six-Shooter and never will. Full details on the How We Rate page.
